I have been an inspector for almost a decade and to this day, I absolutely love what I do! I was very fortunate to have been mentored by a leader and innovator in the inspection industry, when I was fresh out of school. He taught me the key to being a successful inspector is to follow a proven system with consistency. An effective inspector does not just look FOR the defects, they look AT everything. 

These are the standards I adhere to, having inspected over 1,500 properties and reviewing over 800 inspection reports from throughout the United States. 

Before my life as an inspector, admittedly unaware of where it would lead me, I spent my expansive career honing the skills that would lead me to become the inspector I am today. I spent over five years in construction, installing offices in high security government facilities and performing full scale renovations in residential properties from mobile homes to beach front mansions, condos, and small commercial properties such as office suites and inns. 

I had the privilege of starting my inspection career with a leading company in the DC metro region before spending the last 5 years inspecting for a national investment firm; performing in depth inspections, and at times processing and correcting as many as 60 properties a month. I’ve inspected modern and historic homes, pristine mansions as well as dilapidated properties throughout Maryland, DC, Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. 

I may be a new business owner but I am not a new inspector. My extensive experience of having been on all sides of the negotiation table grants me the ability to offer my unique multiple perspectives as a service to those investing throughout the DelMarVa shore. 

In my spare time I enjoy fossil hunting, gem mining, volunteering on archaeological digs, maintaining my home, and spending time with my wife and family.
